A people person
Having completed an apprenticeship scheme with Affinity Sutton Housing Association (now Clarion Housing Group), Charlie went on to work within their New Business department for five years, gaining valuable experience in the affordable housing development sector. After a year travelling, Charlie joined Searls Land in the summer of 2019 as a Land Manager and is responsible for the identification, acquisition and disposal of residential land and development projects across the Northern region of our operating area.

After a career spanning over 20 years with Savills in London and the south east, Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Searls team.
Ed acts for an array of public, private, corporate, charitable clients and landowners, giving advice across all elements of residential and mixed use development projects, advising on many of the most significant immediate and strategic land opportunities across the region.
Ed is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was Head of the Savills Guildford office for 7 years.
